Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day window. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including a return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment (if applicable) or coordinated with you via email if payment was made by cash on delivery.

Please allow 5–10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Used or worn items
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
